      Worry facing, solve or forget

Worries, very killing part in practical living, people have them more or less, which impact heavily, or even more heavily. What the absurd is those people worry usually never happenHow are we supposed to deal with worries then? To figure out what made us worry, can it be solved? Would it happen in real? What the consequences if it happened? How would it impact on us? Given the answers to the above, we probably know how we act.Solve those real problems, and let go the imagined things.Cant help thinking about the worries? Keep ourselves busy then and squeeze them out.Be happy, dont worry!
